• Shipping carrier is USPS (United Postal Service) for domestic shipments.
  • Shipping/delivery estimates of product shipped within United States (excluding holidays) is 5-10 business days. Sometimes, there are delays. You can track your package via with your tracking number. It will take a few days to package your item, and then it will be sent out using the shipping options you selected during checkout.
  • Shipping to an international address can take anywhere from 7-21 business day (or even longer) Your international package is trackable to the end destination. Feneaux is not responsible for any custom fees imposed by your Country for international shipping and delivery.
  • If item is damaged during shipping, we will send a replacement package at no additional cost to the customer.
  • If the address you provided is incorrect, and and items are returned to Feneaux, you will be charged for the cost of shipping to resend the package.

Return/Refund Policy

  • Our Refund Policy covers products within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We do not refund the cost of shipping under any circumstances.
  • We do not accept returns on any combos or kits (and we don't refund items purchased within a combo or kit). We can only accept a product for return that clearly has most of the product remaining; i.e., please do not send back bottles that are half-used and request a refund.
  • In order to process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are available and these will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.

Processing a Refund (when applicable)

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your request for a refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (when applicable)

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchange of Items (if applicable)

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

  • You are responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs for your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot be responsible for returned items until they have been delivered to us; a trackable shipping service will be able to provide you with proof of delivery should there be a problem.
